Abso necessary for inflammation n its richness in Omega 3, this oil of 1200 mg is what does the trick for chronic joint pain, "specially when one is despite it all, mostly on the toes n active. I trust this brand....

Made supplements, I ordered their version of 1200 mg fish oil soft gels.After taking my first dose, I can verify that these gels are tasteless, odorless, và burp-less. One big caveat: these are probably the LARGEST capsules you’ve ever been asked to lớn swallow. I agree with another reviewer that the manufacturer’s photo comparing its capsule with a penny is misleading: notice my photo with a quarter, then decide for yourself if it would be a problem for you. Thankfully, the directions suggest taking only two (some brands require 3 or 4) gel caps per day, with food.Thus far I’m happy with the purchase, but I’ve deducted one star due to the challenges posed by swallowing such a large capsule.
